TAVO lithium forklift batteries are covered by the following warranty terms:

  • Standard Warranty: Up to 5 years or 10,000 operating hours, whichever comes first
  • Cycle Life: Designed for over 3,000 cycles under normal operating conditions
  • Optional Extended Warranty: Up to 8 years for selected configurations (e.g., premium cell solutions)

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and operating conditions.

3. What the Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects in battery cells, modules, or system components
  • Performance issues caused by internal faults
  • BMS (Battery Management System) functional failures
  • Abnormal capacity degradation under normal usage

4. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not apply to damages or failures resulting from:

  • Improper installation or unauthorized modification
  • Misuse, abuse, or operation outside specified conditions
  • Use of incompatible chargers or equipment
  • Physical damage, impact, or water ingress beyond protection rating
  • Failure to follow recommended operating guidelines

  • Operating within specified voltage and current ranges
